What if I’m not home to receive my delivery?

All of our parcels have a ‘Signature required’, If you are not home to receive your delivery and there is not a safe area to leave your parcel, the courier will leave a slip with the collection information and delivery it to your local post office.

The parcel will be held at the post office for a certain amount of time before the it is shipped back to us.
