Will I need to pay additional customs fees or taxes for deliveries to United States?

Orders under US$700 to the United States will not attract customs fees or taxes. Orders over US$700 may be charged customs fees and/or taxes.

If extra fees are due, you will be contacted by your local customs authority or the courier once the parcel reaches the destination country.

Please note, if your order is charged customs fees or taxes and you do not wish to pay the fees, you can refuse the payment. Once refused your parcel will begin to return to our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
Once your order is returned to our warehouse a $20 AUD fee will be deducted which goes directly to our carrier, along with the the shipping cost paid when placing the order.
